Q. When is the list posted?
The list will be posted shortly after the end of sales. Please refer to the event information page for more accurate times.
Q. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, all sales are final and purchases will not be refunded even in the event that you miss your call.
Q. What if I have multiple purchases?
If you have separate orders your calls will be combined. The length of your call will be the sum of the total time purchased.
Q. I accidently selected manual payment. What should I do?
In the event that manual Payment is accidently selected, please contact us via email. Your order will be canceled and you will have to place a new order.
Q: After placing a manual payment order, when do I need to deposit by?
Manual payment deposits must be made by 11:59:59pm on the day of the purchase. If the order is made on the last day of sales, payment must be recieved by the end of sales.
Q. What if I receive a call while on call with another member?
If you’re on call with another member, it will be noted and the member will call again at a later time.
Q. Can I request a certain time for my call?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate requests for specific times or placements in the call order list.
Q. I missed my call, can I reschedule?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our events, it is impossible to reschedule.
Q. How do I know when my call will be?
The call list will be posted the night prior to the event. Please check there for your order number to find your estimated call time.
Q. How long will it take to receive my StarUp after it is approved?
StarUps can take up to one month or more to process
Q. I don’t speak Korean. Can you translate my StarUp video for me?
We are only providing Korean to English translations at this time
Q. I changed my mind and no longer want the StarUp I requested. Can I get a refund?
Cancellations must be made prior to approval and payment. Once approved and paid for, there will be no refunds.
